Mr. Forthright, I guess the Posters and Hats Strategy that GODIN brought in just isn't going to cut it so the BOD decided a change was for the best. Whoever is giving them advice seems to be learning on the fly. One day it's e-tail - next day it's B2B - next PR it's partnering and tech lisc. and so on and so on. Meanwhile they sell a couple of jewels, lots of no name consumer electronics and end up with a big gross margin problem. Go figure.
