It is interesting to note that on every thread that sees any significant activity there are usually one or two posters who have, over a period of time, demonstrated a certain unselfishness with regards to performing thankless research tasks, sharing the information gleaned from that research, and, in this case, cheerfully encourage debate with a wit and charm that is unmatched anywhere else. This behaviour has EARNED them the respect of the vast majority of posters and visitors who frequent them.
It is equally interesting to note that in every case there are always one or two small minded individuals, always anonymous, who envy this respect and feel a need to belittle their efforts. They never offer anything of substance. They spend their time attempting to undermine this respect with insults and vitriol.
It is INCOMPREHENSIBLE to me that anyone would choose to attack Pat Mudge and I, for one, am sick to death of reading the mindless drivel which spews from yours (and others) keyboards. Sadly, you are just a microcosm of society as the small-minded and weak-spirited, i.e.the have-nots, will always envy that which they can never attain.
AZ, I find your use of the word narcissism both amusing and revealing. Freudian slip perhaps?
I apologize to the thread, and especially to Pat, for going off like this. Unfortunately, we live in a world where the loud mouths are listened to simply because the disgusted majority rarely bothers to speak out.
