Of the float, 16M is off the table and in the hands of a group of
investors through a Securities firm in CO. They are in process of
buying 2M more. That leaves 5M out and soon only 3M.

Why? Chartwell owns 50+% of SSMK... SSMK has a number of news
releases lined up for the next 3 to 6 weeks that will likely
move the stock higher. Addtionally, there are a number of contracts
on the shares of SSMK which if gone through with will push SSMK much
higher. Value of CHAP increases roughly 1 to 1.3M dollars per 10 cents of advance on SSMK.

Once the connection is made that CHAP owns half (OK, a little more than half) of SSMK, this should move the stock. I am told that an individual from American Express left AE to join SSMK to help in the business.

Why CHAP and not SSMK... CHAP is .08. SSMK is .40ish

Illustrated magazine. SportsStar, through its NCRA and HELP
Divisions, assists high school students find scholarships, merit

CHAP also has some supposedly quality gypsum deposits that are worth
6-8M dollars. They have an interested buyer who is mapping the property now.

The CA property is still for sale... once the gypsum/property are sold, the cash will be used for more acquisitions in the ecommerce area.
