OT Hi John. IMO this is the reason for the bombing of Yugoslavia. A few days ago I posted that I bet the IMF ( the break em buy em squad )
and the bankers are salivating on the Yugoslav borders. I just could never believe that clinton cared about muslims. Yugoslavia was not and did not want to be a member of IMF.

IMF's Fischer-World Bank to take lead in Balkans

FRANKFURT, June 11 (Reuters) - International Monetary Fund (IMF) First Deputy Managing Director Stanley Fischer said on Friday that the IMF will be involved in the reconstruction of the Balkans but that it was up to the World Bank to take the lead.

"The World Bank will take the leading role, we will be there to make sure that macro-economic stability is maintained," Fischer told Reuters television in an interview.

Fischer said that the IMF plans to continue assisting countries in the region which were IMF members and with which it had been working in the past.

"Yugoslavia is not a member of the IMF (but) we are planning to assist other countries in the region," he said.
