I have been able to trade in the last month. I use Schwab and the quote they show for DCTC is from April 30th. I entered my order through the internet (limit) but I did not believe that it was going to work as the quote said NA. But I talked to 4 people live and each assured me that it would work, and sure enough it did just like it was trading on the OTCBB. I found small share increments 1K seemed to go through better than a larger block.
