Kim,

you are right in that my calculation was far too easy, but it would be a very big surprise to me if the price doesn't drop after the conversion.

In a very simplistic way I still see it that people will get stock for 12$ per share and I don't bother which price they paid for the warrant (somewhere between 2 and 15$). I don't think that MVISW is such a good deal any longer because their lifetime is fairly limited.

Another thing that I can't calculate in an exact way is market psychology. With this large infusion of cash, MVIS might pop up on the radar screen of some institutional investors and/or day traders (like Zeev Hed or Larry Brubaker).

My take on this one is that the company has never before been stronger and I should have more money available to buy shares whenever the price drops. My goal would be to reach 0.1% of the float. Five or ten years from now the market capitlization of MVIS should be +10B$ and if I still stay at 0.1% I should have a big grin on my face.

Good luck Ronald
