I think water utilities have become much less reliant on favorable interest rates than in the past for a host of reasons...electric utility deregulation, increased acquisitions, etc. Waters once trading at PEs of 13 are trading at PEs of 18. Don't forget, AZX does not expect to pay a dividend, instead planning to acquire operations, which should generally be very accretive. Probably am way ahead of the curve on AZX, but for reasons previously mentioned on thread, thought $19 range for this stock is a reasonable entry point, at least to initiate a small sliver of my planned total position.
