This is some information that i received yesterday that clarifies, for me at least, the question about filing with the SEC. First of all the deadline Largo has set to file is before July 1 but as of yesterday it still seems that it will be sometime next week. Whenever it does happen it will be just the beginning of the filing process. So it could take a couple of weeks more before any financials are released. Until yesterday I thought that financials would be released the same day as Largo files with the SEC. So don't be expecting financials next week.
