the slide in Orcl is not isolate to just ORcl, the entire markets are worrying about rate. As far as the worry about earning, the market overacted and dropped the stock to 23 (when I bought) a few weeks ago when analysts predicted ORcl might miss. The run up to 28 since then is attributed to the concensus changing their minds that ORCL will not miss. As far as the price action between now and next week, ORCL will not be isolated if the market wants to correct further.
