LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 11, 1999--Joseph Naughton, Chairman of Jones Naughton Entertainment, Inc. JNNE , announced today that Jones Naughton is in preparation for filing its Form 10-SB with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Mr. Naughton stated, "Our accountants and securities counsel have been instructed to begin working vigorously on the Form 10-SB, and we anticipate having it filed by the end of the summer so that it will be completed and effective in November or early December 1999."
