LAS VEGAS, Jun 11, 1999 (BUSINESS WIRE via COMTEX) -- Internet
Business's International, Inc. (OTC BB:IBUI), www.inbusin.com, today
announced the acquisition of LA Internet Corporation (www.lainet.com),
a southern California Internet Host Provider.

Profitable since its establishment in 1994, LA Internet was among the
first companies in the country to specialize in providing Website
hosting services to business. The company was also among the first to
recognize the burgeoning potential of the World Wide Web for business
transactions, a field which has come to be known as e-commerce. To
date, LA Internet has assisted in excess of 1,900 companies in
establishing commercial Websites and currently provides Internet
services to the entertainment industry as well asnon-entertainment
based businesses nationwide.

This acquisition marks Internet Business's International's first entry
into the hardware sector of Internet business. The Company currently
operates e-commerce sites such as AuctionWinner.com, USLiquidators.com,
and MyDiner.com, as well as the Community/Discussion sites
FilmFanz.com, TuneFanz.com, and SportzFanz.com.

LA Internet will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Internet
Business's International.
