It's good news...it takes debt which is costing the company interest and turns it into restricted shares, which are not all that dilutive (now) and shows that the holders of the debt are willing to do this in the belief that this company is going somewhere. It looks good to me...not earth-shaking, but it is a foundation-laying news release that portends good things for the future. Cheers! Rick
