In my opinion, the KYL bill is 90% political posturing. Look at CSNO, it's a new company whose sole purpose is to help online gaming companies become profitable. The industry is huge and reports of growth and tax revenue for the countries who legalize it are impressive. Therefore virtually all countries have or will.
They should all use WINR's proprietary management software to assure proper payout and accounting. Then all will be happy....lol!

CSIN CEO knows what he is doing. He is diversifying AND he is involved or getting involved in areas that are NOT affected by the KYL Bill. Internet lotteries are legal in some 46-48 states, I believe, and CSIN has physical casino locations and buildings.

This stock should be a real winner if the CEO's revenue and EPS numbers show even 50% of what he predicts.

I am keeping an eye on this.
