Steve, What is the official NASD rule for it's members in shorting BB stocks? I've heard so many times that BB shorts were illegal but thought this was a common misconception. This is what Waterhouse did for shorts I had open for a month: Message 10065196 Besides writing to the compliance office, any other recourse ideas?
