Surely Rose doesn't think there's any need to start off with a fully equipped 300mm facility by next Tuesday.

I don't know if his number is high, low or bang on. But I strongly doubt that it would all be spent before the first wafer was produced.

Has Rose never heard of phasing in capacity as required.

I suspect that 100,000 WPM is a few orders of magnitude greater than next month's demand. etc.
