Net Command Tech Trading Suspended by SEC for Two Weeks Net Command Tech Trading Suspended by SEC for Two Weeks Washington, June 11 (Bloomberg) -- The Securities and Exchange Commission suspended trading in the securities of Net Command Tech Inc. The trading suspension began today at 9:30 a.m. Washington time and will end at 11:59 p.m. on June 24, according to a release issued by the SEC. A Net Command official declined immediate comment. The agency said that there is a lack of current and accurate information concerning the securities of Net Command, an Internet technology company formerly known as Corsaire Inc. that has offices in Sunrise, Florida. In particular, the SEC said there are questions about the accuracy and adequacy of information on recent acquisitions by Net Command and a $1.5 million credit line the company ''purportedly'' received. The agency also questioned information on the business success and reputation of the company's chief executive and president. Net command shares traded as low as 28 cents each in October. The shares reached a 52 week high of 30 3/32 on May 3 and last traded at 15 1/32. quote.bloomberg.com
