But Ian, look at the time table, Mot/Siemens are probably going to go full next year, TMSC and INTC will start in 2001 and be full speed ahead in 2002, then INTC will add another facility probably in 2003 and of course the gates will be flooded (I doubt that the next 10 new fabs are going to be anything but 300 mm). If WFR wants to be a supplier in 2001, they better start and build facilities in 2000, and that is around the corner.
