Yes, I finally have a good feeling about the future. Just one man's opinion, but there were a couple of things that happened this past week that make me feel that demand is really coming back. There was too much capacity in the industry previously, and then to get hit with the "Asian flu" which was much worse than I ever imagined in the beginning of the cycle, gave rise to a very gloomy situation, and a very long lived down cycle.

This past week I read 2 articles on the coming shortage of chips. I can't remember the last time I read that. Then, Intel making a commitment to the 300 mm wafer go-ahead. That will make more chips and less expensive chips. They wouldn't be going ahead now unless they saw the need and possibility to increase their sales and profits. That go-ahead by Intel has got to be good news for the semi-equips.
