Kosovo is starting to look like Berlin after the war.
Do you think that Slobo might have something under
his sleeve? I think he really wanted out of the air
war since his air defense was pretty much finished.
July is the best weather month over Yugoslavia and
he needed it to be done for now. Fog rolls back in
about September...with new SAMs and a rest, he could
be ready to go again.
