Ross Systems Announces new Enterprise Agreements

ATLANTA, June 11 /PRNewswire/ -- Ross Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: ROSS), a leading supplier of enterprise systems, today announced new agreements. In the metals industry, Galvform, L.P. licensed Ross' Renaissance CS(R) Enterprise Resource Planning and Supply Chain Management System. Galvform (formerly Galvstan) is a joint venture between Weirton Steel Corporation and Koninklijka Hoogoveus NV of The Netherlands. Galvform will operate a 300,000-ton per year galvanizing plant in Indiana, commencing this summer.

In the food & beverage sector, ABTEY Productions SA licensed Ross' Renaissance CS ERP System. ABTEY is a specialty manufacturer of liqueur- filled chocolates without a sugar crust. The company produces 50 million chocolate packages per year. They are located in Heimsbrunn, France and sell products in over 30 countries.
