I thought that the first retest of resistance was when JWEB slipped to 11 3/4 the other day and then bounced up nicely above 13. What scares me about JWEB, though, is that every time it breaks upwards of 13, it can't stay there for very long. If JWEB can break that resistance, then 13 could become support, but until then there is room for the downside. I think that if JWEB is going to break into new highs, it will have to do so on volume higher than 1,000,000.
