Well looks like another test of the $16 floor was tested today. Now if we can test $17, I think it will bring in the needed thrust to end this declining flat triangle. I follow classical TA, so I am really very distrustful of oscillators and its other modern derivatives. The standard Moving average is good enough for me. Actually what I follow by way of the new approaches in TA is a modification of the moving average. It is based on an a very short term exponential (5 day) in conjunction to a standard deviation of the normal volatility. When the price is above you are Long and below you are short. This will always have you be LONG when an issue is moving up and short when its moving down. You are Buying Highs and selling Lows. Sideways markets kill you but you will always be LONG at the top and Short at the bottom. It seems to me that all this new TA that has come aboard in the last 20 years is mainly based as contrarian systems. Buy breaks Sell rallies. Exactly the opposite of what the MASTERS taught us how to be long term successful. The buy breaks approach will give you many small wins but that one loss is disastrous and with very Long term consequences. The one time you are left holding that hot potato and no one to sell it to will spell doom if you have not properly diversified. Two of my favorite Masters are W.D.Gann and Elliot. It is called G.E.T (Gann & Elliot Trading) What is this Mdi based on?

You need to trade with the trend to be a survivor. You need to keep your eye on the Ball (price) and go with it not against it. If you want to be a contrarian you need to wait for the price to confirm your point of view.

SHVA looks like its ready to base. SHVA below 14.5 Definitely looks over done, but its recovery is based on its first corrective leg. (Bounce)
COMS is still looking for the low and no one should attempt to trade it until after its base building period. I do not think it has made the Low print for the move.
AAPL is so obvious to me that I thought that 17 was going to be tested on Friday. Wrong!
The market move to its own rhythm not to ours.
