I have just taken an initial position in ANDW primarily for the LMDS play as well. I also, during DD, noticed the aggresive repurchase plan the company has embarked upon. According to the 10Q, the most recent purchasing concluded at an average price of around 17/share; is this your information as well?

Also, could you comment on my understanding of potential problems for fixed wireless during inclement weather?
