i've heard that apparently WCLT is talking to AOL and Yahoo on forming some kind of partnerships. If that's announced it could do wonders to the stock price. I can't believe it's still so low but the way its trading it sure looks like it wants to break out of this range, I can only imagine the financial big guys haven't discovered this one yet.
