What I was saying is that I read several of the posts on the Raging Bull thread and one rumor was that the takeover was going to be announced after the close yesterday (Thursday) -- but there was also discussion about it being in the "final stages" of negotiation and would happen "soon." It obviously didn't happen yesterday and I'd agree that it isn't likely to be announced after the close today. All of this assumes of course that there's some truth to the rumors. I kinda doubt that anyone inside the company would say anything -- as some of the posts have asserted -- so I'm taking a "believe it when I see it" approach. Ray
