I just don't care for the joy rubbed into those who have lost so much - whether they held fast out of hope, fear, greed, longing, or stupidity - it would be like getting an inheritance from an uncle you didn't like and going to the wake and shouting to the family in grief how rich you are and are glad he's dead.

I take your point, but you may not realize just how much abuse many of us come in for from "naive investors". They can be extraordinarily vicious. Of course I feel for people who simply got scammed. I don't feel for touts and hypesters, or for those who'll stop at nothing to silence dissenting voices.
