Jim, I spoke with an analyst who specializes in small caps. His take on the stock is that the business itself is fine. The management of the company has been questionable and the IR is hopeless. Also, the investment community has been so burned that it will take some very good earnings that are consistent. I gather that there are debentures that come due in a couple of years. If that is true, I wonder how the company plans to meet this obligation. The selling by the two insiders with no significant buying doesn't sit well with me. The insiders have the opportunity to replenish the stocks they sell buy issuing more options. Not exactly a performance bonus!!! My family holds stock in four accounts. We cannot liquidate our position without disrupting the market and driving the price considerably lower. At this time we are sitting tight. However, our stock is held in much weaker hands than in the past. Regards, Ed
