CPS Completes $234 Million Whole Loan Sale IRVINE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 10, 1999--Consumer Portfolio Services Inc. (Nasdaq:CPSS) Thursday announced the completion of a $234 million whole loan sale to an affiliate of GE Capital Auto Financial Services. The transaction provided the company with capital to meet its immediate short-term liquidity needs. "We are very pleased to have completed this transaction," said Charles E. Bradley Jr., president and chief executive officer of Consumer Portfolio Services. "GE Capital has been a business partner since the company's inception and we look forward to working together in the future.
