Nepotism? Is it nepotism to place the person whom you feel to be best suited to handle a job in a position? If you were in the position which the Budd family is in, wouldn't you attempt to circle the wagons as tight as you could? Where do you think this stock would be if the Budd family hadn't seen to the early retirement of the convertibles? You, as an obvious short, know that the plan was to drive the stock into the 3-4 range during the weeks preceeding the reset so as to maximize the shares realized by the convert holders. This could have happened without the swift intervention of Richard Budd and his nepotistic family. You sir are as big of a dupe as the rest of the small shorts who are falling right in line with the big money men whose only ultimate purpose is to gather as much stock as possible and then make their killing when the stock takes its inevitable upswing. You would have gotten caught with your pants down had it not been for the Budds. How dare you now scream foul? Of course this presumes that you have a position one way or the other which is highly unlikely. OSO
