I don't know that I would want to base my investment decisions on some guy that manages a $31M fund. I actually see the correction that we are seeing recently as somewhat Y2K related since the market is usually forward looking.

What I am seeing out in the real world (I work in the tech industry) is that many businesses are currently reallocating their Y2K budget to other areas where they want to enhance their system infrastructure since they have already completed Y2K remediation.

I agree with what was said in the article about the Y2K fears being the major factor, rather than actual problems caused by Y2K issues.
