To All BETT Shareholders and Future Investors:

ET&T is now purchasing BETT stock for the simple reason that as the value of eConnect stock increases, then so does the asset values held by ET&T.

With greater asset value, we have better access to capital for ET&T and can continue to grow the ET&T business and can effectively increase our business relationship with eConnect.

Keep in mind that ET&T over the next 12 months will invest substantial dollars into eConnect as it is to our benefit to do so.

Due to incoming funds, eSportsbet will now be web active by July 12th. and Jim Wexler estimates that the final quarter of 99 will show 1 million in earnings for eSportsbet. This is of course a forward looking statement and can not be guaranteed. 777WINS is also doing quite well.... check out the Tournament at 777wins.com

Non wagering revenues will begin to flow from the eConnect business units of EzyShop in July and EzyPay in August.

We estimate that EzyShop will generate an estimated Net sale of $15 per day per location after payments to the location, such as a tire store or car wash etc., and the sales force. 100 locations will be up by September... possibly more. By November, we should be at 300 locations which at $15 per day in Net sales times 6 days a week will be generating $116,000 per month for eConnect.

Once again, these are forward looking statements and can not be guaranteed nor is there any competitive business to base these projections against. eConnect is breaking new ground.

We expect to see the eConnect business unit of EzyBet begin formal on site self service Lottery testing by September. EzyBet will generate 6% per Lottery transaction. The ticket will be electronic. The player will have a lottery receipt as generated by the PayMaster unit at the EzyShop locations... such as at car washes etc.

The P.E.R.F.E.C.T Internet services will be tested in August with First Entertainment and will then be marketed to the Internet merchants in September.

eConnect is now in discussions with substantial players to move us to NASDAQ small cap this year.

GO BETT!
