Dana, the fact that it broke 10, and that it is now almost 50% below its recent high must indicate that something is changing with the fundamentals. I know not what, but either some additional delays, or inability to get the desired number of "subscribers", or whatever. The problem with guessing a low now rest with the weight of supply of shares, under $10, not only you had a major breach of support, but you are now going to get an amplification of the dilution effect of the floorless. I cannot guess by how much, that would require "restudying" the S3 or S8 filing (which ever is applicable). Right now, the bear have the ball and the bull must rebuild their case. Zeev
