At this time the Company is not generating sufficient funds to sustain its operations. That quote is from the last SEC 10-Q filing from IAUS. (The last 10-Q is online at sec.gov and the last annual report (10-K) is online at sec.gov ) So, let's take a look at IAUS the wonder company. According to their last filing, they had total revenues of $13,510, despite going public in April 1988. (You would have thought the company would be bigger by now!) They just settled a shareholder's lawsuit over the bogus DWM claims for more than $170,000, but meanwhile, the SEC is seeking 3 million dollars in penalties from various people at the company, particularly Neldon. These kinds of things sure give warm feelings to rational investors!!
