T A P has been informed by Mr Tilton that he is striving to have the TNRG Spin-off completed by August. The financials are top priority and are being worked on accordingly so as to complete registration with SEC in order for NASD to establish an ex-dividend date in order to have TIPS shares distributed approximately sometime in August.
