MM's picked up a bunch for P&D, imho, when market went south, they held back...or they would get stuck...i think they are unwinding so they won't hold over weekend
but if they had their volume price would have picked up until they and any other big boys dumped and they would have let it go anytime between 1 and 3 pm today, possibly by at the bell cheap and....
rise, apply, lather and repeat next week
just my opinion
sector flags (mine) are 50:50 today, half red/green
either way NETP needs some time to get revenues flowing, typically about three months after an installation startup, possibly 6 months after a sale announcement
hence, six months of revenues before anyone can really say if they are doing well
right now the founders, VC's, MM's and some investors made a lot of money, from now on, it gets difficult, i think and imho
