jc, thanks for the response - there seemed to be a stand-off this
morning. I was looking for some positive effect. The actual sale was
to take place today. I have found no news or clarification, but it
looks as if the bond holders will benefit and common stock holders
will not benefit. The employees are not expected to fare very well.

If anyone has anything else - please post it.
