No, TERN will be qualified for DODSIS 1.2 down the road (they wrote a good portion of it).

Unfortunately, yes . . . this coming spring should be the introduction.

I have also heard that in head to head competition CSCO has lost out to TERN . . . I have yet to verify this . . . I'm working on it.
