I use a CMTO cable modem via TCI/ATHM, it is very "2-way" - there is no phone line for the "uplink". TCI/ATHM buy lots of these from CMTO. You have not defined "system" as you use it above, so perhaps you meant head-ends, etc. You were not as precise as you could have been. Discussion resulting from that imprecision is not "harassment".
