I believe that the last hour today will be very active on the UPside for the DOW (now down 170ish), possibly getting within 50 pts of even for the day, JMHG.

Generally CPQ doesn't act well in a return to normality environment ... that's because CPQ aint normal.

One basis for my 'guess' is watching C (Citigroup) trading today, it's ~ + 1/4 now, if the cocern in interest rates then C should be significantly lower with the DOW down 171, therefore my guess says that the FMs will come in with buy programs within the next 15 min. ... again, just a guess
