More likely bizzare trading, The only asset of HOPR, a 15% stake in CWRC has dropped from .12 to .045 in the past month. CWRC is 30 days overdue in announcing financing and most likely has also missed the 1999 construction window for the alleged "Casino Project". Don't get too greedy, the MM's who control the price know all of this and more. I hope you bought at $0.003.
