Heinz: There was a clear message sent in the last half-hour. It was "Not today." By watching the Arms and the INDU it could be seen that the INDU was not to go below 200 points down. A screeching halt came at down 180 plus with the Arms at about 1.12. Quickly it popped to 1.08 and then dropped to nearly neutral. When i saw that I figured the INDU would close today down about 145. That is acceptable to the general populace. Money talks, everyone else just watches.
