Napier Signs Distribution Agreement with
U.K. Based B.C. Aviation and Confirms
Tests for its Stripper on Aircraft Carrier

VANCOUVER, British Columbia--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 11, 1999--
Napier International Technologies Inc. (TSE:NIR - news) is pleased to announce it has entered into a representative
agreement with U.K. based B.C. Aviation. Through its considerable associations within both the Ministry of Defense
and Private Sector coating industries, B.C. Aviation will be marketing Napier products into a broad range of U.K.
markets including:

Aviation (military and civilian)
Marine (military and pleasurecraft)
Industrial/Construction
Vehicle (military)

B.C. Aviation has been field testing the product for over 6 months in the U.K. market and has received extreme levels
of interest from all of the above sectors.

In particular, B.C. Aviation has been successful in arranging tests with the Ministry of Defense to strip test patches on
the bilge and ballast tanks of a 22,000 ton aircraft carrier. B.C. Aviation has also introduced the Napier product line to
a major British distributor for commercial applications and arranged tests with several large British Aircraft
refurbishers.

Napier is currently making arrangements to ship product into the European Market so that product supply will be
readily available.
