Don't even think about AGRS - What a dog. If anyone wants to see a good joke check out www.select-shopper.com That's the web site of the company they are merging with. Then go and read the proxy statement about the reverse split - 100-1 then the issuance of 3.5 million shares to the new owners. Just like issuing 350 million shares at todays price. (old shareholders of company will own 500,000 shares and new owners over 3.5 million) Not a bad way to make some easy money with a real, real, real crappy product. This stock will be at $.02 by the end of next week. Wish I could short it! Joe
