TO TRADING SUSPENSION
New York, NY, February 17,-1999: Electronic Transfer
Associates, Inc., (public symbol ''ECTS''), reports that the
Company is cooperating with regulatory and enforcement agencies
regarding the events that led to the trading suspension in the
Company's securities which ended as of 11:59 P.M., EST on
February 11, 1999. On January 29, 1999, the Securities and
Exchange Commission ordered the temporary suspension because of
questions raised as to the adequacy and accuracy of public
disseminated information. The Company has complied with the
Commission's request for information and stands ready to
cooperate fully with any future request or ongoing investigation.
