Change in management is significant. Looks like all SRCM top management is gone. I bet many others were fired that did not warrant a press release. Coupled with the delay in the TV Guide definitive agreement, and the management changes over there, I think it bodes poorly for the JV. On the other hand, I expect new management at SRCM to be much more competant and improve SRCM's odds of survival. However, given the debt load they are burdened with, it is unlikely they can do it. GKN/OGRU/SERP may be able to move the stock up for the cable show next week, but if they don't get a TV Guide of some sort that gives them some cash, it could get ugly very fast. Just my opinion of course and I am sure MW will say all this is really good news, Archer
