Let's talk the facts.

1) They have one online casino up and running using Cryptologics new 3-D, multi-player with browser software, that blows allother casino software off the map. "Cyberspades"

2) They are in the process of setting up a second online casino with sportsbook. This software will also be licensed from Cryptologic.

3) They have developed online bingo sotware and are trying to license this to other interested parties.

4) They have Chinawire.

5) they have Champions Albert Parlour 'off track betting' with 13,000,000 in bets last year.

6) They own a Year 2000 company.

They are not late reporting quarterly financial results. They have 90 days to submit unaudited financial statements. They have to consolidate revenues, costs, expenses, and this will take a little longer for a new company.

The potential for this company is huge but it will take time, so if you are a short term player, then you might be disappointed but if you are an Investment Professional, like myself, who buys companys rather than plays the market, you would be happy with the results thus far.

Rome wasn't built in a day and either will this companys earnings. But with that said they are puting all the pieces of the puzzle together and things should start to happen really soon.

Those who are patient will prosper.
