On the issue of registering assault rifles. If I understand this correctly, owners of described assault rifles will have to register their guns (if purchased after 1989) by Jan. 2000. My question if this is correct, does anyone have any feedback on whether owners will comply or ignore the law? Also is there a challenge to this in the court system? At the moment I'm too busy(lazy) to look this up, but I will if I have to.:)) Gordon
