Peter, "what's a fair price"? At $4B for STRM and $6B for USRX, "fair" doesn't seem to be the issue in networkers. More like "What's it going to cost me to remain competitive?" I remember from high school history something about a wheel barrow of money needed to buy a loaf of bread in depression-era Germany. Surely it's an overstated comparison, but the going rate for profitable networkers is quite high. JR
