Goddamnit, she's in Texas, penni should just walk down the street until she finds a muddy pickup or 4x4 and ask them. Hell, this ain't brain surgery, if it's between a bolt and a nut it needs a gasket. If it ain't, it needs welding. If it needs welding take the part to a welder and he'll figure out if it needs TIG, MIG, heliark or what. Glue won't work on a pressure leak, Duct tape will for two minutes.
