I had a very good chat with Net Shepherd's comptroller this afternoon. Now, he can't tell me anything private, nor did I ask & of course nor will I babble and try to pump this stock. But I have a few thoughts.

Net Shepherd does their business on the net, they are not a business that went on line their business is on line.

If their business is on line, they are used to speed. Thus being efficient for themselves & their clients.

They are in the information business, thus very solutions oriented. It's no accident that a solutions oriented company gets involved with an Answers.com deal. The match is obvious.

Being an efficient solutions driven operation with their sites on a Nasdaq listing tells me they will get there more quickly than most.

Dunn & Bradstreet use Net Shepherd because they can gather information 10 times faster than through conventional call center applications & at one tenth the cost. Speed & solutions are everything to these people, so I expect execution sooner and without sloppy errors. This is a dot the i's & cross the t's operation.

They don't strike me as a group that will put out a news release to prop up their stock. Expect their next news release to have some meat to it. The stock will respond accordingly.

Like you, I hate to see the stock price decline, but I also like knowing there is a well thought out game plan to this company that will have it's share price driven higher on it's own merits.
